1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on ThemePluginStation are digital downloads. Once a license key or download link has been delivered, the product has been “used” in a legal sense. Therefore, our refund policy has specific conditions.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Product Not Delivered: Your purchase was successful but you did not receive the product within 24 hours.
  • Major Technical Issue: The product has a fundamental flaw that makes it unusable and our support team is unable to resolve it within 72 hours.
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
  • Product Mismatch: The product received is significantly different from what was described.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incompatibility with themes/plugins not mentioned in our product description.
  • Products where the license key has already been activated or used.
  • Failure to read product descriptions or requirements before purchasing.
  • Issues caused by your own server environment or third-party conflicts.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any issues before disputing with your bank.
